Complete farmhouse remodel and new Outbulding

This character-property client wished to add additional living space with a good connection to the garden, and views out over the fields behind. This project included a 2 storey rear extension and single storey side extension and brought an incredibly dated farmhouse with awkward circulation up to modern day standards of living for this family.

The farmhouse is very old, not listed but protected by the local authority. It also sits within the Cheshire Green Belt, so the design had to fit with the countryside context and be sensitive to the surrounding buildings.
